The website lets you select a product, pack size and quantity and prepare a WhatsApp message. Clicking an order button does not make a payment or complete a purchase; you choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp.

Prices, stock, total charges, payment method and acceptance of an order must be confirmed directly with Thulir Nila. Pack choices shown are 250 g, 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes through the enquiry form.

2. Delivery

Confirm that your location can be served, the delivery charge and the estimated dispatch and arrival dates before paying. No fixed delivery area, delivery fee or guaranteed delivery period is published on this website.

Provide an accurate contact number and delivery address. If details change or a delivery is delayed, contact Thulir Nila directly using the number below.

3. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Ask Thulir Nila to confirm the applicable cancellation, return and refund arrangements before payment. This website does not publish a fixed return window, cancellation fee or blanket no-refund policy.

For a damaged, incorrect, spoiled or missing item, contact Thulir Nila promptly with your order details and, where available, photographs. Keep the packaging and do not consume food that appears unsafe. Request an appropriate remedy; nothing in these terms takes away rights available under applicable consumer law.

4. Ingredients, allergens & food safety

Dry Nuts Powder is described as containing almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts, saffron and cardamom. It contains tree nuts and is not suitable for people allergic to those ingredients. Ask for the complete ingredient and allergen information for each product before ordering; an allergen-free production environment is not stated on this website.

Follow the ingredient list, storage directions, batch information and best-before or expiry details on the supplied packaging. Confirm these details directly if they are unclear. Do not use a product with a broken seal or signs of spoilage.

The order form uses the product, pack size, quantity, name, phone number and delivery location you enter to prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. This site has no customer account or on-site payment checkout. Information included in a message is sent through WhatsApp only if you choose to send it there.

Your selected language is saved in browser local storage under thulir_lang so it can be restored on a later visit. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

WhatsApp and Instagram links open services with their own privacy terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and hosting and asset services may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
